Thank you for supporting Betsy’s Palette! Because our press-on nails are individually handcrafted and made-to-order, we enforce the following policies to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and quality. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.
1. Return, Exchange, and Cancellation Policy
All Sales Are Final
Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products and strict sanitary/hygiene regulations, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason, including change of mind.
Order Cancellations
We allow a strict 24-hour cancellation window from the exact time your order is placed. After 24 hours, materials have been allocated or production has begun, and your order can no longer be canceled or refunded. To request a cancellation within the 24-hour window, please email us at betsy_palette26@outlook.com with your order number and/or Instagram handle.
Damages and Mistakes
If your order arrives damaged during transit, or if we made a mistake and sent the wrong size, shape, or design, we will happily fix it!
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please email betsy_palette26@outlook.com with your order number and clear photo proof of the damaged or incorrect item.
Note: The nails must be completely unused and attached to their original packaging card to qualify for a replacement.
2. Sizing and Fit Disclaimer
The Buyer’s Responsibility
You are entirely responsible for ordering the correct nail sizes. Betsy’s Palette is not responsible for incorrect sizing measurements provided by the customer, and we cannot offer refunds, returns, or free replacements for nails that do not fit.
Sizing Methods
Manual Measurement: If you choose to measure your nails manually using the tape/ruler method or coin method, please follow our measurement guide precisely. Please note that manual measurements carry a higher margin of error.
Natural Variation
Because our sets are completely hand-sculpted and painted, there may be slight differences in the apex structure, length, or scale of the design depending on the specific nail sizes and lengths you order.
3. Processing and Production Times
Made-to-Order Lead Time
Our press-on nails are not mass-produced factory items; each nail is individually hand-painted with professional-grade gel systems.
Our current processing time is 2-5 Business days before shipment.
Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Processing time refers purely to the time it takes to create your nails, not how long it takes to deliver them via the mail courier.
4. Shipping and Delivery Policy
Transfer of Liability
Once your package is handed over to the shipping carrier (Japan Post, USPS, DHL, etc.) and a tracking number is issued, Betsy’s Palette is no longer liable for the package. We are not responsible for delayed, lost, stolen, or transit-damaged packages. Any delivery disputes must be handled directly with the shipping provider.
Incorrect Address Fees
Please double-check your shipping information at checkout. If a package is returned to us by the carrier due to an insufficient or incorrect address provided by the customer:
The customer is responsible for paying a re-shipping fee to have the package mailed out a second time.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. Handmade Variation and Color Disclaimer
Color Display
We do our absolute best to photograph our nail sets in natural and studio lighting to showcase colors accurately. However, due to different screen calibrations, monitor settings, and mobile displays, colors may vary slightly in person.
Artistic Variance
Because each nail set is a custom piece of hand-painted art, minor variations in line work, character details, or the placement of charms and crystals may occur. These minor nuances are a hallmark of handmade luxury and are not considered defects.
